The first time we saw `Robin Hood' in bloom, we couldn't believe our eyes. Dozens upon dozens of small, single, cherry red blooms in one cluster! The blooms are very lightly fragrant and it is a very vigorous shrub. You can prune it back to get it out of the way and it doesn't seem to mind at all. The blooms come in cycles all season long.
