Pam's Pink
China
Found
Named in honor of its discoverer, Pamela Puryear, this rose was found in Navasota, Texas about 20 years ago. The bright pink blooms (good for cutting) occur all season long on a compact bush that is ideal for container gardening. The heat may cause it to lose leaves in the summer, but they will re-grow quickly. It can get to be 5' high, but ours has only reached two feet after three years in a container.

Here is our Pams Pink complemented by Texas Bluebonnets in the gardens of The Vintage Rosery.
