A sport of Dr. W. Van Fleet, 'New Dawn' was granted plant patent #1 by the U.S. Patent Office. With a strong frangrance, this repeat bloomer is not as resistant to black spot as we would like. If you can overlook occasional leaf discolorations, the blooms make this a very worthwile addition to any garden.
