![]() ![]() ![]() Plant `Mermaid' and then quickly get out of her way! If you have the space, though, this is a beautiful rose and a useful screen. Do not plant it near a walkway, however, as its thorns are deadly. The single blooms are very fragrant and soft yellow/cream, with big, showy, yellow stamens. If left to its own devises, it will grow up to 20' and will bloom off and on all season long.
