Hansa

The flowers are fuchsia, with a strong scent, and they appear all summer long. The canes are very, very thorny, and the will sucker, forming clumps around the original bush. Rugosas do better north of Conroe, but with some afternoon shade, you can still enjoy `Hansa'. It is a large shrub, getting up to 8 feet tall.
