Green Rose

Prior to 1845
Many people are surprised when they see this plant and discover it is a rose! Every garden needs an unusual plant, and the `Green Rose' is sure to start up many conversations. The flowers are great in arrangements, too. The fragrance has an unusual peppery hint; if you handle the blooms, your hands will carry the pepper scent. In the winter, the blooms turn pinkish-red, and it is always in bloom. The bush stays around 3' in height.
