Dortmund
Climber/Shrub
1955
![]() We are growing this rose on a split rail fence, but I've seen it grown as a shrub in Nashville. It is very thorny. The single flowers are orangey red, and occur all through the growing season. You will also see hips if you don't dead head. The canes can get from 15 to 30 feet in length.
